First Time Mom
This package is required for first time mom’s and is encouraged for any mother having her first home birth or free birth.
This package would also be for a Mother choosing a natural birth in a hospital.
It includes monthly Therapeutic 1:1 sessions, hands on Biodynamic Craniosacral work, weekly phone chat check-in’s, access to my online course and online vault of resources, a meeting with the birth team, attendance of the birth, and two postpartum visits.
You will also receive a 20% discount on my ceremonial offerings and birth debriefing sessions.

Second Time Home Birthing Mom
This package is for a mother who feels relatively comfortable with her previous home birth experience.
It includes monthly Therapeutic 1:1 sessions, hands on Biodynamic Craniosacral work, weekly phone chat check-in’s, access to my online course and online vault of resources, a meeting with the birth team, attendance of the birth, and two postpartum visits.
You will also receive a 20% discount on my ceremonial offerings and birth debriefing sessions.

This package is reserved for a seasoned home birthing or free birthing mother that demonstrates clear knowledge about the birthing process and self responsibility for her experience.
It includes 4 Therapeutic 1:1 sessions, hands on Biodynamic Craniosacral work, weekly phone chat check-in’s, access to my online course and online vault of resources, a meeting with the birth team, attendance of the birth, and two postpartum visits.
You will also receive a 20% discount on my ceremonial offerings and birth debriefing sessions.

What sets me apart from other Doula services?
Most Doulas only offer 1-3 prenatal sessions. I believe in building a rich relationship with my clients. We basically become besties. I want to know what makes you special and how I can best serve YOU. I believe this is important so that complete trust, love and safety show up in the birth portal. Women deserve to be held and nurtured throughout this sacred Rite of Passage.

I am also a former Nurse of nearly 15 years and an expert level advocate. I keep the power dynamic as it should be: The Mother always leads.

Postpartum Doula Services
Book in with me to Mother the Mother. This can be uniquely tailored to the Mother and may look like holding sacred space, yoni steaming, herbal baths, hands on Biodynamic Craniosacral work, doing light housekeeping, warming meals, assisting with newborn care and more.

Birth Trauma Integration
This service is for Mothers, Fathers, and Birth Workers.
As soon as you are ready and certainly prior to the next birth, it's essential to talk about and invite healing after a traumatic birth experience.
A Birth Trauma Integration Session is held over two Therapeutic 1:1 Sessions (approx 3-4 hours). I am trauma informed and hold you in very tender loving care as we unpack your experience. For more information please reach out or book a Discovery Call.

Therapeutic 1:1 Session
Each session is uniquely tailored to the Mother or family’s needs. You will be held and given space to share whatever is present for you. You will walk away with inner clarity and tangible resources to support you moving forward. It may include hands on Biodynamic Craniosacral work as well.

Conscious Conception
I offer 3 Therapeutic 1:1 sessions where we deep dive into what it means to you to conceive your baby consciously. I hold sacred space as you turn inward to find the answers you need. I also provide tangible resources to help you prepare your body and mind for this most sacred Rite of Passage.

Health Coaching
This is for women who want to improve their relationship to their bodies and most importantly, their cycles. This could be for a woman wanting to conceive or to integrate the new version of herself in postpartum. In this container we will dive deep into the layers of what health truly means for a woman.
I pull from 20 years of experience within the healthcare system (that rarely seems to serve a women’s root cause issue), my Health Coach certification from the IIN, extensive experience in the fitness world, my own embodied journey through PCOS, anxiety, depression, eating disorders (to name a few), to curate individually tailored guidance for women on a health journey.
As with all of my offerings, I hold sacred space for you to claim your own inner authority, begin to trust and love your feminine body temple and shed the layers of shame & resistance that have built the wall between you and liberation (or simply put- DEEP SELF LOVE). Health and happiness become a side effect.
