Britney shares about her first born homebirth story and all of the preparation leading up to it. So many nuggets of wisdom tucked in this one!
Britney is a woman of many passions.
She currently teaches yoga and meditation. She is a devoted mother, tending to her daughter and the dozens of plants throughout her home. And, wherever there is a chance, you will find her advocating for women and womanhood.
Britney has recently started holding women’s circles for her local community — creating space for women to gather, build community, and connect.
Britney is in the postpartum phase of her mothering journey, enjoying, and growing with, her one year old daughter.
After giving birth, Britney felt called to help other mothers on their own journey through conception, pregnancy, birth and beyond. She is passionate about helping women remember the power they hold.
She has just finished a mentorship on holding sacred space for birth.
Britney lives in Salt Lake City, Utah with her partner Nate and their daughter Pari.
